 "Personal Touch" Window Cleaning is owned and operated by one individual. I do everything from scheduling to cleaning
the glass. I have been cleaning windows in the Denver area since 1994 and have hundreds of satisfied repeat customers.
There are several reasons why my clients use my service year after year.
First and foremost, I am extremely detail oriented. I don't cut corners at the expense of a perfect job. If your tracks
are dirty I clean them with a tooth brush and vacuum. If there is paint or stain on your windows I will use a razor to insure
that they look there best. Screens are washed with a screen cleaner and sealer and dried with micro fiber towels. While in
your home I use throw clothes to protect the area about which I am working.
The second reason is trust. My residential clients call me because they know the owner is on site conscientiously doing
the work and not delegating the work to employees or sub-contractors.

I do commercial window cleaning on low rise buildings and store fronts. My eye for detail is what building owners and
property managers appreciate. I make sure that the window frames are clean as well as the glass on all jobs. I knock down
cobwebs and wasp nests as I come across them and wipe all sills and ledges.
