Rate:
In order to be fair to all of my clients,

I charge an hourly
rate for my residential window cleaning of $50.
My hourly rate for gutter cleaning is $60
and my hourly rate for pressure washing is $75
This insures that everyone
pays the same for my time whether you have a 1500 sq. ft. Denver bungalow or a 9000 sq. ft. mountain home.
On most homes my rate correlates with a:

$5 per pane (cleaned in and out) price with an additional
$2 per screen.
$2 per window if your tracks need the attention
of a tooth brush and vacuum.
Minimums:
In the north Denver area, Boulder, Louisville, Longmont etc. my minimum price is $175.
Any house south of I-70 or up in the front range mountains has a $225 minimum.
For homes on the other side of the divide such as Keystone or Dillon or south of C-470 my minimum price is $350.
I have a 2 hour minimum for both Gutter cleaning and pressure washing.
