Pricing

Rate:
In order to be fair to all of my clients I charge an hourly rate for my residential window cleaning of $50. This insures that everyone pays the same for my time whether you have a 1500 sq. ft. Denver bungalow or a 9000 sq. ft. mountain home.

On most homes my rate correlates with a $5 per pane (cleaned in and out) price with an additional $1 per screen. If your tracks need the attention of a tooth brush and vacuum add another buck to the per pane price.

Minimums:
I do not charge for drive time but I do have Minimum Charges that are based upon the distance that I will have to travel to do your windows.

In the north Denver area, Boulder, Louisville, Longmont etc. my minimum price is $150.

Any house south of I-70 or up in the front range mountains has a $200 minimum.

For homes on the other side of the divide such as Keystone or Dillon or south of E-470 my minimum price is $350.
