Residential Window Cleaning:
I clean the windows on some of the finest homes in Colorado. I clean windows inside and out and wash screens thoroughly with a specialized screen cleaner and sealer solution then dry them with micro fiber towels. Windows are opened and mechanisms are wiped clean.

Commercial Window Cleaning:
I not only clean the glass on low rise office buildings I also wipe the frames and knock down the cob webs and wasp nests. Keeping your working environment clean is my pleasure. I carry two million dollars in liability insurance. Contracts are welcome.

Service Area:
My service area includes all of metro Denver and surrounding towns, from Loveland in the north to Parker in the south, east past E-470 and west to Keystone.

Store Fronts:
If you own a retail business the first thing your customers see are your windows. I suggest having them cleaned at least twice a month. Set up a scheduled cleaning with me and never worry about dirty glass again.

Restaurants and Bars:

Gutter Cleaning:
As an add on service I will clean the gutters on your house on the same day that I clean your windows. This is a logical way to maintain your home and you only need to make one phone call. I clean all of the debris out of your gutters spray them out with a hose and make sure all of the down spouts are flowing freely.

Light Fixtures and Chandeliers:
I would be glad to clean your hard to reach light fixtures or chandeliers. When they are cleaned properly by hand (not just sprayed off) they absolutely shine. I can also clean your exterior light fixtures inside and out.

Window Wells:
Most window wells are full of debris and cobwebs and are almost impossible to get to. I can do this dirty work for you, improving your environment painlessly.

Sky Lights:
Sky lights are very difficult to get to and are very hard to clean. I have the specialized ladders needed to do this dangerous job.

Realtors:
Clean windows are indicative of a well maintained home. Nothing says "buy me" like a well cared for clean house.

All Seasons:
